Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled sales engineer to join our organization who serves customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment and services.

Job Description

  • Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
  • Confer with customers and engineers to access equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
  • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
  • Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
  • Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
  • Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers.
  • Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
  • Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
  • Willing to work on targets.
  • Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short term and long range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of actions; implementing directives

Skills & Qualification

  • MBA or related field
  • Previous experience required. 1-3 years experience in Automation/Interior design/sanitary/AC/Insurance sales.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with project management solutions is a plus.

Sales/Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for 2-5 years experienced candidate for the job role of "Sales/Marketing Coordinator " in Marketing dept.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing Inbound Sales
  • Will be the first point of contact that a potential customer will connect with, via call, email or any other means of communication
  • Effectively manage calls, understanding customer needs and providing suitable proposals
  • Building sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions and maintaining database
  • Regular follow up with customers on closing the deals.
  • Coordinating the sales/ marketing team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Supporting Sales team by talking to Customers toget appointments.
  • Building Data and Analysing Data for New Sales opportunities
  • Establishing Innovative and creative methods for new Marketing strategies

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • B Tech/MBA(Marketing) or any technical Degree with Sales/Marketing coordination Experience (2-5 years)
  • Proven experience in marketing/sales coordinator
  • Must be Bold, independent and Energetic in accepting challenges
  • Good Experience in working in Excel, Powerpoint,Project report preparation
  • Good Communication skills - Proficiency in English
